At our Almhouses we had the same experience of trying to find a suitable system, we did use one for social housing but it had so much we didn’t want and was complex to use.
Last year with my background in IT we employed a company many to produce a system that was bespoke for the needs of almshouses … we are making this available to all almshouses.
