Annual property inspections

I wonder if anyone can give me some advice on where to find an independent agency/professional to do our annual property inspections. Up until last year, Trustees would do visits to jointly deal with wellbeing of residents and also to get a feel for how they are looking after their property. Unfortunately, this approach is no longer working, and we’d like to make the process a little bit more professional. Any steer would be gratefully appreciated. Jane Walsham
