At last year’s National Residential Landlord’s Association (NRLA) Conference I spoke with a company who were offering free assessments and possible insulation work to be carried out both at privately owned rented properties and also Almshouses, free of charge.
They have now sent me a spreadsheet to collate the information both on each cottage and also each resident regarding any health issues.
I am just wondering whether anyone else has gone ahead with anything like this or indeed, has heard of ARPG Eco?.
Obviously we would be seeking the consent of each resident prior to passing on any personal information.
I just have the “if it sounds too good to be true…………..” going around in my head!!
I would be grateful for your input on this.
