We are updating our fire risk assessment and wondered if anyone offers their residents fire warden training?

We don’t, as it happens. But free ‘attendance’ on a Fire Awareness online training course (available on this website) should cover most of what your people need to know, I would have thought.

Just to clarify, The Almshouse Association’s online Fire Awareness course is ideal for staff and trustees who need to complete their Fire Safety Training, covering the nature of fire, signs of fire, fire hazards, emergency procedures and fire extinguishers. It does not, however, cover the duties of a fire warden.

We don’t. Our fire contractor provides staff with fire training.
We have an automated fire alarm with monitoring service and full emergency procedures in place for residents to follow.
