    We are a small trust with three properties. Each property has solar panels which we receive quarterly payments for. The energy company used to be SSE but once taken over by OVO we have had over two years trying to change the name of the person who is listed as the contact. That contact is the previous chair from years ago. Fortunately we have a generic email address so most correspondence goes to the correct place.
    To change the contact name on the account, I have been emailing OVO for the last two years, and I have completed the ‘necessary’ forms three times, including supplying ID etc. This has still not been resolved. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

    We have found OVO to be an absolute nightmare. We have spent hours on the phone to them over the years trying to sort out electricity bills once a resident has left. My advice would be to switch supplier!
