We are excited to have been giving planning permission to build 37 new alms houses on land we own.
To fund this development we will be using our own funds, a bank loan and a Homes England grant. Unfortunately this will still leave us a deficit of apprx £1 million!
Is anyone aware of aware of any funding opportunities or philanthropists that would support a new build alms house project?
