Our loft insulation has been destroyed by rodents and the whole lot needs replacing (6 loft spaces). We’ve been quoted Ā£27k (I kid you not!) and Ā£8,700.
We have applied through the Government’s Great British Insulation Scheme but the surveyor who visited yesterday gave the indication (informally) that they may decline our application. Checking that I’ve not missed a trick anywhere else, has anyone managed to secure similar funding to help?
