    Hi
We are in the process of possibly setting aside an appointment, to date we have carried out a verbal warning and no in process of the first written warning.

I wondered if anyone had gone through this and had a copy of the letter sent out to beneficiary.
I have looked on the website and there is nothing showing such a letter.

    Many thanks for any help.

    Cath

    Hi,

Have you referenced the relevant section in the Standards of Almshouse Management Guidance Manual on Setting Aside an Appointment- page 155?

The website has letter templates under Model Policies, Templates and other useful documents.

We had reason to set aside an appointment and used all the above successfully. However its necessarily quite involved!!

    Good luck

    Hi Charles

Thank you so much for your speedy response to my request it is much appreciated.

Did you find a copy of the 1st written warning letter on the website as i cant seem to find one – or did you draw one up yourself – if so would i be able to see a copy of your wording just to point me in the right direction.

    Many thanks
