Smedley Trust Homes are situated within easy walking distance of Wisbech town centre.  The accommodation comprises 29 self-contained unfurnished one-bedroom flats.  The aim is to provide convenient flats for older single people or couples to live independently.  All flats have an emergency call facility.

There is an on-site warden and she is assisted by a deputy warden.

There is a community room where the residents can get together and the warden will often arrange coffee mornings and other entertainment for residents (subject of course to covid restrictions).

There is a communal laundry, facilities for charging mobility scooters and on-site parking.
