A high-quality property comprising: Entrance porch, Lounge, Kitchen, Bathroom, Double Bedroom and Garden. The property is centrally heated and the cost of water, heating and all utilities is additional to the maintenance contribution that residents pay.
Applicants are invited from local retired people, either an individual or couple, with preference given to those in need, hardship or distress.
Criteria:
Applicants will be assessed in accordance with the beneficiary criteria laid down by the Trust and will constitute people of retirement age who have lived locally and have a housing need.
Residents pay a weekly maintenance contribution payable monthly. This is subject to annual review.
