CAMBRIDGE ROYAL ALBERT HOMES CIO

The Royal Albert Homes CIO is an almshouse charity for elderly residents of modest means based near Cambridge Railway Station.

We seek an experienced Clerk to the Trustees to work closely with the trustees as a senior member of our team.  Candidates should be highly organized with experience of social housing and building management.  The Clerk organises and minutes trustee and committee meetings, manages staff and contractors, supervises admission of new residents, places contracts for services, manages book-keeping, policies and procedures and generally ensures the efficient running of the Homes. The ability to maintain good working relationships with a wide range of people is essential.

Hours ā€“ 25 hours per week, over five mornings.  Some flexibility is required to cover afternoon trustee meetings and special events.   Salary Ā£40,000 – Ā£42,000 FTE according to experience.
