The current weekly maintenance contribution (WMC) is £137.80 per week (equivalent to £597.13 per month) plus bills.

Criteria

Applicants must be in need, aged 55 or over, live in the Borough of Greenwich (within 5 miles of the Almshouses), be capable of independent living and looking to contribute positively to the Hatcliffe community. Under the terms of our Charity Scheme, preference will be given to women.
