There are gardens to all sides of the building, with limited controlled parking the front and side of the property.
The scheme is located in a residential area with vehicle access from Wades Hill and Broadfields Avenue.ā€¯
This almshouse charity caters preferably for: single women aged 60+
- One studio flat, Ā£587.40 monthly maintenance contribution
Criteria
Housing Pathways Trusts has properties across London and one site in Gillingham.
The essential qualifying criteria is:
- Capable of living independently
- Of limited financial means
- Aged 55 years or over
Priority will be given to applicants living in Enfield
Qualifying applicants living outside these geographical areas can still apply if they satisfy the essential criteria listed above.
In some cases, Housing Pathways staff may visit applicants at their address to validate the information presented.
