It comprises of the following:
- Entrance hall
- Kitchen
- Lounge / dining-room
- 2 bedrooms
- Bathroom (with shower no Bath)
- Sizable garden to be maintained by resident
There is a monthly maintenance contribution payable of Ā£473 & residents are responsible for gas, electric, rates and insurance.
The house is unfurnished.
Criteria
- Elderly couples with limited finances
- Currently residing in Parish of Alwington, failing that the Parish of Buckland Brewer, Parkham and then the town of Bideford or Torridge.
