Set in pretty communal gardens, this cottage also has off-street parking.

Criteria:

To be eligible for this accommodation you must be a person of good character in financial need and have resided in the parish of Babraham for three years or over.  You must also be able to live independently.

Applicants who do not meet these residential criteria can be considered in special circumstances.

Weekly Maintenance Contribution:

Our accommodation is legally an almshouse, meaning occupants are licensees not tenants and will therefore be required to pay a weekly maintenance contribution (which may be met by benefits) rather than rent.
