We are pleased to share that the Housing Ombudsman will be hosting a dedicated MRC Conference in Leeds on 15th October 2025. This event is open to members of The Almshouse Association and all those who serve as Members Responsible for Complaints (MRCs) within their organisations.

The purpose of the conference is to:

• Foster a clearer understanding of the role and responsibilities of an MRC
• Provide guidance on the Housing Ombudsman’s expectations
• Offer an opportunity to connect and share experiences with MRCs from across the Housing Ombudsman’s wider membership

This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge and engage directly with both the Housing Ombudsman’s team and your peers.
