AboutĀ Nottingham Community Almshouse Charity

  • We provide services to help deliver major refurbishments and developments of new build almshouses including project management, architectural, clerk of works and aftercare services.
  • We have recently completed refurbishment projects of 6 and 12 homes in old, historic almshouse buildings in Nottingham.
  • We also provide services to help with asset management and maintenance including stock condition surveys and 1/5/30 year asset management plans/business plans.
  • We have an internal ā€˜building companyā€™ which can provide services to carry out responsive, cyclical and planned maintenance programmes.
  • We provide our maintenance and asset management services to a number of almshouse charities across the east midlands.
