We are looking at what we ask our caretakers to do on site.

They live on site, and their main benefit is that they do not pay rent.

Currently all of the grounds maintenance is within their role, and we are interested to know whether this is common practice, or whether you have a separate grounds maintenance teams.

Do any of you have a list of duties for your caretakers/wardens/grounds maintenance?

    Many thanks

    Good morning Katherine

We have extensive (and very lovely) formal gardens and grounds here at Trinity Homes. We contract an external gardens and grounds maintenance company to look after our gardens and grounds. They provide four man-days of labour per week from April to October, which reduces to two man-days in November and March, and one man-day of labour in December, January and February.

    Kind regards
