Following a visit from our local fire service we have been advised that we need to carry out Person Centred Fire Risk Assessments and then a PEEP for anyone identified as being unable to evacuate safely and independently. We have always carried out PEEPs where necessary but there is some cross over between the 2 documents so I’d appreciate it if anyone could share their templates. We are looking to use the following or develop our own :
Fire risk and assessment form at Initial application (have drafted)
Checklist for PCFRA (London Fire Brigade have a good doc)
PCFRA for those identified as needing support
PEEP / emergency evacuation statement advising what the resident should do in the event of a fire
