I assume reference has been made to the charity’s governing document / scheme in case it makes reference to couples being accommodated and, if so, whether it stipulates any restrictive wording. An important aspect to consider is what happens if the relationship ends and it is, therefore, wise for a clause to be added to the jointly signed Letter of Appointment clarifying whether both must vacate if the relationship ends or whether one may remain.
