I was just logging on to ask a similar question. We’re in the process of reviewing our Tunstall systems ready for the digital switchover and have also seen some issues lately.
I’ll be discussing it with Trustees this week, but our current intention is to remain with a traditional call button system. Due to the issues we’ll be reviewing all the market options available.
Have you been able to use the BT “PDPL” option to delay digital switchover? It’s something Tunstall recommended that we’re looking into at the moment but not sure if anyone else has experience of this.
