    Our current WMCs are substantially below the Local Housing Allowance, but our new rate that we would like to introduce is 80% of the LHA.

    Thank you for your reply.

    None of our current “old guard” residents are claiming Housing Benefit. I suspect all are just outside the limit.

    We do have a new resident coming in March, however, and she already claims Housing Benefit.
