Thank you William. Looking at your website you are a more complex organisation than ours, and very well set up to deal with decisions across a broad range of contexts.
WE have an active Property subcommittee and are establishing a fundraising subcommittee as we may be undertaking a large building project.
Managing this will put plenty of pressure on our Chairman, and a subcommittee general purposes group may help to spread the load. IT should also pull in some of our other trustees and give them better insight and engagement as part of ur succession planning.
