Fenella joined The Almshouse Association in July 2022 having previously spent 35 years working in the pensions industry. She started in pensions with Prudential, and during her career she also worked for Hadrian Solway, Interserve and BAE Systems. She was elected as a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute in 2003.
At The Almshouse Association Fenella looks after our loans and grants programme, working closely with Mike Drake, Head of Finance. Since joining the Association Fenella has been keen to expand her knowledge on all things almshouse related and she has looked to enhance the support and guidance available to our member charities wishing to raise funds for projects that will improve the living standards of their residents.
Outside of work, Fenella enjoys gardening, walking, running and playing golf (badly!). She also has a passion for travelling.
