Thomas White Cottage Homes – Bromsgrove, Worcestershire

The Charity has available two vacant flats in its Almhouses in New Road, Bromsgrove.  Each flat has been recently refurbished and has two bedrooms, kitchen. living room and bathroom with shower.  An emergency call system is installed.

The flats are surrounded by communal gardens and are within easy reach of the town centre.  A a part-time Warden regularly attends the site and contacts each resident to check on their wellbeing   

Residents are appointed as beneficiaries by the Trustees and pay a weekly maintenance contribution instead of rent.

Criteria

·       Ladies over 60 years of age in need, preferably (but not necessarily) having a connection with Bromsgrove

·       Capable of independent living – able to look after yourself and your home
