Criteria:

Applicants must have a true housing need, be of limited financial means, be over 60, have a clear connection with the administrative area of Harrogate Borough (as defined in 1974) or Bradford Metropolitan District Council and be capable of independent living.

Maintenance Charge payable in the region of £715 per calendar month.

Residents are responsible for Council Tax & Utilities. Those in receipt of Housing Benefit are encouraged to apply. Maintenance charges are reviewed each April

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a property viewing and interview with a panel of Trustees. Due to high demand, it may be necessary to stop accepting applications. If this is the case, applicants will be given the opportunity to remain on file for future vacancies.
