In order to qualify for consideration as a resident, a person should not be less than 55 years old, on a low income or in need of assistance, and have resided in the parishes of Tatenhill & Rangemore, Dunstall, Branston or Anslow, for a period of not less than five years, OR have family members who have lived in the catchment area for a similar period and wish to bring a relative to the area.

Residents are required to pay a monthly contribution towards the cost of maintaining the properties, which will be calculated using the current amount for Housing Benefit, as well as all utility bills and Council Tax.
