Message for almshouse charities who are Registered Providers of Social Housing.

The Consumer Price index for September 2019 is 1.7%.

As per Note 4 on the Almshouse Association’s Specimen Outline Budget 2020, if your charity is a Registered Provider of Social Housing, the maximum amount WMC should increase by, is 2.7% (Sept 19 CPI: 1.7% + 1%).
