* Message for almshouse charities who are Registered Providers of Social Housing

The Consumer Price index for September 2021 is 3.1%.

As per Note 4 on The Almshouse Association’s Specimen Outline Budget 2022, if your charity is a Registered Provider of Social Housing, the maximum amount WMC should increase by, is 4.1% (Sept 21 CPI: 3.1 + 1%).
