An Almshouse unfurnished bed sit has become available in Netherton which is suitable for a single person/couple (sorry no children).  Must be able to live independently. 

The properties were left as a gift to the residents of Netherton, South Crosland and Beaumont Park) in need of low-cost rental accommodation for people with limited financial means.  The total payment is the weekly maintenance contribution, which is £250 each quarter, payable in advance.

Criteria

We welcome applicants from adjoining Parishes, Armitage Bridge, Crosland Moor, Honley, Lockwood, Meltham and Newsome, but priority would be given to residents of Netherton, South Crosland and Beaumont Park, Huddersfield.
