The occupier will be responsible for maintaining the garden, paying all utility and council tax bills, and internal decoration. No pets are allowed. There is no parking provided.
The application process will be as follows:
• Viewings will be by appointment only on Tuesday 14th May 2024.
• Application forms to be submitted to the clerk of the Charity (Gillian Wilsher, Carter Jonas) by 1 pm Friday 17th May 2024.
• All applications will be considered by the Trustees at a meeting following the viewing day.
