We currently have available a ground floor 2-bedroom flat with small kitchen. Bathroom has a level floor shower rather than a bath. Communal grounds with a small private car park. Close to the town centre.
Suitable for a couple/2 people.
There is no resident warden, but an alarm system is provided.
Weekly maintenance charge applies. Residents responsible for their council tax and bills (excluding electricity and gas).
Criteria:
Open to men and women who have lived in or worked in the parish of Bracknell Town for 15 years at any one time. Applicants should be of ‘good character’ and be ‘in need of assistance’ – this is based on both financial and housing need.
Must be capable of independent living – able to look after yourself and your home
