Our expertise ranges from undertaking quinquennial surveys, writing specifications, managing repairs to Listed buildings, and designing and project managing new build schemes. Our clients include Whiteley Village, the largest single-site Almshouse in the UK with over 500 Listed properties, and St Clements Dane Holborn Estate Charity. We worked with St Clements Dane Holborn Estate Charity to design a brand new Almshouse on an existing site, which was financed by privately selling land on the estate to develop private residential homes.
