About Nottingham Community Almshouse Charity
- We provide services to help deliver major refurbishments and developments of new build almshouses including project management, architectural, clerk of works and aftercare services.
- We have recently completed refurbishment projects of 6 and 12 homes in old, historic almshouse buildings in Nottingham.
- We also provide services to help with asset management and maintenance including stock condition surveys and 1/5/30 year asset management plans/business plans.
