We provide architectural, building surveying and project management services to Trustees undertaking projects to both new and existing buildings, from inception to completion. We can assist in applications for grant funding by the preparation of initial schemes and costings. We also act as Principal Designers under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.
Current projects of all sizes are located throughout the UK: we are presently extending and refurbishing a number of Almshouses and upgrading internal fittings including the provision of thermal insulation and new heating systems to reduce running costs and increase comfort for Residents.
We also specialise in re-roofing of both pitched and flat roofed properties. We can manage construction works on behalf of Trustees, and inspect building works to ensure satisfactory quality.
