During my career safety has been at the forefront of emergency operations, during normal daily activities and for the communities I served. I have worked as an operational Fire Fighter through to Group Manager taking command of incidents such as larger scale fires, chemical incidents, explosives, suicides, shipping and train incidents etc. As part of my development I achieved a BSc (Hons) First Class in Safety and Environmental Management in 2011.
