NEXT WEBINAR: Annual submissions webinar for almshouse charities
The Housing Ombudsman is running an Annual submissions webinar for almshouse charities on:
Thursday 27 November 2025, 10:30am to 11:30am.
Please see their invitation below:
From 30 June 2024 it was a statutory requirement that member landlords of the Housing Ombudsman Scheme complete an annual submission. This submission provides information and documentation relating to complaint handling.
Having listened to feedback from The Almshouse Association and its members, we would like to host a webinar for The Almshouse Association and its members. This webinar will provide an overview of the role of the Housing Ombudsman Service, the annual submission, and its full requirements.
We will also provide additional support by signposting attendees to our new microlearning, updated guidance, FAQs and our Centre for Learning.
To help us respond to as many questions as possible, we ask that you please pre-submit any questions before the webinar by Tuesday 25 November 2025.
