We have been with Taking Care, a careline provider, for some years. As residents’ phone lines move across to digital we have liaised with Taking Care to change to more appropriate equipment.
The best option appears to be something called a ChipTech Seven unit. Our properties have thick walls and could not support the digital hubs which rely on mobile phone signals. ChipTech Seven units operate independently of telephone lines and are extremely easy to install.
