It seems that my edit didn’t go through so I’ll have to post another comment. Here are the questions we ask (so you don’t have to read through our entire interview document):
1. What is the applicant’s reason for wanting to move?
2. What is the applicant’s understanding of living in an almshouse?
3. Does the applicant have any current home care arrangements (e.g. meals on wheels, carers)? Are these by private arrangement or social services?
4. Health – are there any medical conditions that the applicant would like to make known?
5. Does the applicant have any family or next-of-kin, and do they live nearby?
6. Does the applicant receive support from family and/or friends?
7. What date does the applicant wish to take up residency if accepted? Do they have to give notice?
