We don’t have a policy but just wanted to let you know we are currently looking at the best way to deal with parcels too, as we had one resident’s parcel go missing. At the site in question all the post goes to one central post box but parcels, depending on who has delivered them. can be left all over the site. We try to retrieve if we notice them but obviously we can’t always be searching round for parcels, that we don’t even know are there. We’re not sure how to resolve, particularly as a lot of couriers just leave them wherever, but we are encouraging residents to ensure parcels go directly to them/ other family members or to order them to the secure lockers they have at different places such as supermarkets (depending on the courier)
