Hi Julian. Your resident (or you on her behalf) can do a benefits check on Turn2Us.org.uk which will give a fairly accurate indication of eligibility. This can be anonymous. There will be a cap on the amount of housing benefit paid which is the local housing allowance for your postcode area and size of property. Your resident may also be entitled to other types of support. Happu to chat if it helps. Debbie
