We had a difficult few months last year, we didn’t use them in the end mainly because it was an emergency on a Saturday evening / early hours of Sunday morning and a different company responded first but Taybar Security were highly recommended and are a nationwide. It really depends on the issues you are facing we used an agency that provided us with 24/7 psychiatric nurses to monitor the resident in question and to call the emergency services if events escalated.
