Hi Sally.

Over the last 2 years – one trustee has taken the Almshouse Association template and made minor an£ relevant adjustments to our circumstance. The result is sent to all trustees for their input before finally agreeing at the next board meeting. Each anniversary we compare the updated AA template looking for changes then checking the relevance to us. In some instances no change is necessary. We have found that this is much more time efficient and ensures we have the best guidance. Hope that helps.
