Have you looked at the Invisible creations website ?

The products are far more attractive than the standard grab rails and do not send out signals that a vulnerable person lives there
Associations like Anchor who specialise in older persons social housing are using their products when adapting their properties

I would also add it would be useful to review your current Trustee skill matrix and see what gaps have emerged or will do so within the same timescales. There are also the new regulations coming into play with the Renters Right act etc which makes it a good time to review if the skill set of current Trustees includes insight into operating in the new environment with focus on customer involvement and asset management
