Hi All, we are in a growth period and are looking at registering as a social landlord to access the Homes England funding. When we carried out an assessment on the wider benefits of this move, we believe it will have significant benefits to our residents as well as to us as a medium to large Almshouse Charity. We currently access grant through the Almshouse Consortium for remodelling.
Finally we have also met with our local council and have subsequently put forward an application for Section 106 funding.
