How often are you PAT testing, i thought it was every two years ?

This is difficult to regulate as some beneficiaries have no savings and many families left to pick up the funeral arrangement fees, therefore is it fair to differentiate between have’s and have not’s.

Please could you send me a copy of your reference questions to see if they correlate with the questions i email out.

Also when any charity asks for references do they ask for ID from the person providing the reference as basically anyone could set up a fake email address and give themselves a glowing references.

I may be a little harsh in thinking people would do this but in the current housing shortage who knows.

Yes we have exactly the same problem and can visit residents who’s heating is up to 25 yet still wearing summer clothes. I always try suggesting putting on an extra layer.
