- Election of Board Members
- Presentation of 2019 Annual Report and Accounts
- To re-appoint Buzzacott LLP as Auditors for The Almshouse Association
- Special resolution to approve the ‘change of name’ from ‘The National Association of Almshouses’ to ‘The Almshouse Association’
